What is the Injury InfoLine? 

The Injury InfoLine™ has been developed by Attorneys for Attorneys. We are a full service marketing company assisting Member Law Firms five ways: (1) by doubling the effectiveness of their Yellow Pages Ads; (2) by doubling the number of referrals from their existing client base; (3) by developing new "niche practices"; (4) through national advertising with our National Injury InfoLine 800 number; and (5) with each firm’s Web Page on our Corporate Web Site. The InfoLine™ is three years old and is currently scheduled to be in over 44 million Yellow Pages directories.

How Can It Double the Effectiveness of a Yellow Pages Ad?

By providing free, state of the art, educationally based messages 24 hours a day. In the Yellow Pages ad are listed from 10 to 25 scripts and our National Injury InfoLine 800 number for the reader to access these scripts. The caller is prompted to press "0" at any time and be directly connected to the office of the Member Firm. Our Members continue to receive the same number of calls from their main number in the Yellow Pages ad.

Do I get a Report of these Calls?

All calls are captured and faxed to our Member Firms early every morning. The prior day’s calls are detailed listing the scripts each caller accessed, the caller’s number, as well as the names and addresses for about 75% of the callers. Monthly each Member Firm receives a detailed marketing summary of all calls.

How Can I Double my Referrals?

It is of great importance that our Member Firms be regularly in contact with their client base to build client loyalty. This is done both with the Quarterly Newsletter: (1) By mailing their personalized Injury InfoLine Newsletter each quarter to their client base so that when a client – or their friends, family, or associates – need legal representation, our Member Law Firm will be foremost in their mind; and with the Message Menu: (2) By mailing the personalized Message Menu of the 300 Injury InfoLine scripts to a Member’s client base annually as well as providing it to potential clients.

What Are New "Practice Niches"?

With new tort reform legislation and toughened insurance company settlement guidelines, there is a continuing erosion of the Personal Injury attorney’s traditional income base. We work with our P.I. attorneys throughout the United States to develop new "practice niches" such as jet ski injuries, sick building syndrome, and animal inflicted injuries. We provide new "niche clients" through the Yellow Pages and "niche experts" for case evaluation and expert testimony.

What about National Exposure and Advertising?

When a caller dials our National Injury InfoLine 800-263-3901 in Houston, our computer will read the area code and provide the greeting of our Houston Injury InfoLine Member Firm – the same for Chicago, New York et cetera. We promote our National 800 number heavily on the Internet, as well as provide a free Web Page to each Member Firm.

What is the Cost?

We have one all inclusive fee per month per Yellow Pages’ directory for our marketing services. Additional expenses for the 800 number and printing costs for requested Newsletters and Menus are billed on a cost basis. There is a one time set-up cost to prepare and record all custom scripts and to set up a firm’s newsletter template and Web Page. The set-up and Annual Membership exclusivity fee  is due upon execution of the Agreement for Service.

How much does this equate to for each New Client?

Our existing Member Firms are adding from 3 to 7 new clients per month from the InfoLine in their Yellow Pages advertisement. The Quarterly Newsletter, Message Menu, Web Page, National 800 Number, and new practice "niches," should each add from 1 to 2 new clients per month, per directory. This should result in an approximate cost of $100 per new client. These results will vary from firm to firm depending upon a firm’s practice and capabilities.

Can I have an Exclusive?

Yes – if you are the first firm to join. There is only one InfoLine Firm per telephone directory.
